We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced individual with a passion for online shop sales to join our team in the position of Online Store Associate. As the Online Store Associate, you will be responsible for managing and facilitating the day-to-day operations of our online shop, ensuring a smooth sales process and increased customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Responsible for handling the processing and shipping of online shop orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
Maintain product pages of the online shop, including updating and managing information such as product images, descriptions and pricing.
2. Communicate with customers to answer their questions about products and orders and provide professional customer service.
3. Assist in developing and executing online shop promotions and marketing strategies to increase sales and customer retention.
4. Regularly monitor online shop sales data and trends, provide reports and recommendations to optimize sales strategy and product mix.
Tenure Requirements:
5. Familiar with the operation of online shop platforms, such as EMAG, Amazon, etc., and have certain product editing and management skills.

Relevant online shop sales or customer service experience is preferred.
1. Good communication skills and team player with the ability to work with people from different backgrounds and provide an excellent customer service experience.
2. Excellent time management and problem solving skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong interest and passion for the online shop sales industry and willingness to continuously learn and improve your professional skills.
4. Working languages Hungarian and English.Work location: Budapest District 10, working hours are Monday to Friday.
